Digital Products — Delivery, Cancellation & Personal-Use Licence

What you are buying
ETHOS BY GEORGINA sells digital content, including downloadable PDF workbooks, hosted video courses and related digital resources. No physical product will be shipped. The exact format, contents, access method, compatibility and technical requirements are stated on each product page.
Delivery
After payment and the required digital-access consent are confirmed, access is supplied electronically by secure download link, customer account, course platform or another method stated on the product page. You need a valid email address. Please check your spam or junk folder and contact us if access does not arrive.
Immediate access and withdrawal rights
Before a digital product can be purchased, you must actively tick an unticked box requesting immediate supply during the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledging that your right of withdrawal will be lost once access, streaming or downloading begins. A further confirmation is required in the cart. The acknowledgement is recorded with the order.
Following valid consent and the beginning of digital supply, refunds are not normally available simply because you change your mind, decide the product is not suitable, do not use it or do not complete it. This does not affect mandatory rights where the content is faulty, inaccessible, not supplied or materially not as described. Please read our Refund Policy.
Functionality and compatibility
Downloadable workbooks require a current PDF reader and compatible phone, tablet or computer. Hosted courses require a reliable internet connection, current web browser, compatible device, valid email address and customer account. Printing is optional and requires a suitable printer. No known geographical restrictions apply, although third-party course, payment, email or file services may vary by location.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence. You may save and print reasonable personal copies of downloadable workbooks. You may not:
- share or transfer your course account or login details;
- copy, record, download or redistribute course videos unless a download is expressly provided;
- resell, sublicense, upload or publicly distribute any resource;
- remove ETHOS BY GEORGINA branding;
- reproduce worksheets commercially or sell derivative copies; or
- use the material as your own commercial course or coaching programme without written permission.
Nothing in this licence limits rights you hold under applicable law.
Refunds and termination
If a purchase is refunded or the contract is lawfully terminated, the personal-use licence ends and access may be withdrawn. Except where applicable law permits continued use, you must stop using and sharing the content and delete retained copies.
