Refund & Digital Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from ETHOS BY GEORGINA, operated by Georgina Kyriacou, including downloadable workbooks, hosted courses, videos and related digital resources.

Digital products and immediate access

Our digital products are supplied electronically. No physical item is shipped. Before completing a purchase of digital content, you are required to expressly request that supply begins immediately during the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once access, streaming or downloading begins.

If digital supply has not begun and you have not validly consented to immediate supply, any statutory withdrawal right that applies remains available for the applicable period.

Change-of-mind requests after digital delivery

After valid consent has been recorded and access, streaming or downloading has begun, refunds are not normally provided for:

  • change of mind or personal preference;
  • deciding that the course or workbook is not suitable after receiving access;
  • failure to use, complete or download the purchased material;
  • lack of time, changed personal circumstances or failure to achieve a particular personal result; or
  • dissatisfaction unrelated to a fault or material difference from the product description.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us if the digital content is not supplied, cannot be accessed using the stated technical requirements, is faulty, or is materially different from its description. We will investigate and, where required, provide an appropriate remedy such as restoring access, correcting or replacing the content, a proportionate price reduction or a refund.

Please include your order number, the email address used for purchase and a description or screenshot of the issue. We may first ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

Consultations and other services

Different withdrawal rules apply to consultations and other services. If you purchase a paid service online, any statutory withdrawal period remains available unless an applicable legal exception applies. If you expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period and then withdraw before the service is fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied, where permitted by law. The withdrawal right is lost after the service has been fully performed only where the legally required prior request, consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Any appointment-specific rescheduling or non-attendance terms will be shown before booking. Those terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds, termination and access

If a purchase is refunded or the contract is lawfully terminated, your licence to use the refunded content ends and course access may be withdrawn. Except where applicable law permits continued use, you must stop using and sharing the content and delete retained copies. This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

A purchase provides the original purchaser with a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. Course accounts, videos, workbooks and resources may not be shared, copied, recorded, uploaded, redistributed, resold or used commercially without written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
